We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our R&D team and contribute to the development of products, from concept to industrialization.WHAT you will do ?           Analyze and interpret technical, functional, and regulatory requirements for products and components.?           Design pumps, pumping systems, and related components made of metal, plastic, and elastomeric materials.?           Collaborate closely with internal and external R&D resources to develop solutions from prototype phase through to industrialization.?           Define, plan, and supervise laboratory tests to ensure product performance, safety, and quality.?           Support new product development, product maintenance, and cost‑reduction initiatives.WHO you are ?           Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technician diploma.?           Previous experience in similar roles.?           Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling, preferably Creo.?           Good command of the English language.?           Knowledge of DFMEA and DFx methodologies.?           Strong teamwork attitude, flexibility, and problem‑solving mindset.?           Availability for occasional short business trips.What you will find ? A place where you can growFlexible working practices in a dynamic workplace;Distributed leadership encouraging a ?can do? attitude;Global and multicultural environment;Continuous learning approach;International cross-functional teamsEqual Employment OpportunityWe promote and support an inclusive culture, encouraging workforce diversity.
