In qualità di Event Coordinator, sarai responsabile di assicurare il regolare svolgimento degli eventi presso l'hotel e di fornire un'esperienza di alta qualità agli ospiti.

Cosa dovrai fare?

 

  • Organizzare gli eventi richiesti dai clienti assicurandone la corretta esecuzione da parte delle diverse aree dell'hotel.
  • Fornire in anticipo le informazioni sugli eventi alle diverse aree, in modo che possano prepararsi e agire secondo le proprie responsabilità.
  • Preparare gli orari e la programmazione dei responsabili di servizio per ogni evento.
  • Comunicare i turni per i pagamenti, come appropriato.
  • Preparare i budget e le richieste per gli eventi.
  • Assicurarsi che i clienti ricevano un servizio di alta qualità, in linea con le loro aspettative e preferenze, in modo da convincerli che Minor è un punto di riferimento per la qualità.
  • Superare le aspettative dei clienti, facendoli sentire speciali grazie a omaggi e sorprese.
  • Comprendere i requisiti e le aspettative dei clienti e coordinarsi con i reparti corrispondenti per soddisfare le loro esigenze.
  • Offrire diverse possibilità di servizio sia all'esterno che all'interno.
  • Avere una conoscenza approfondita dei servizi offerti dall'hotel, dall'azienda e dalla destinazione.
  • Organizzare e coordinare (insieme ai clienti/ospiti) la preparazione delle attività di interesse.
  • Essere presente e visibile per i clienti e lo staff nei momenti importanti e generare momenti di valore.
  • Controllare che le sale, i materiali e le strutture in esse fornite per la celebrazione degli eventi siano in buone condizioni.
  • Programmare la pulizia e la manutenzione degli arredi e delle sale.
  • Controllare le fatture relative agli eventi organizzati presso l'hotel.
  • Controllare le fatture emesse dai fornitori in relazione agli eventi.
  • Fatturare i consumi degli eventi e dei ristoranti sul conto dell'azienda, in base a tutta la documentazione.
  • Mantenere i contatti con i clienti per capire come servirli meglio la volta successiva.
  • Controllare continuamente i canali di comunicazione (mail, chat, ecc.) per essere informato sugli eventi dell'ultimo minuto.
  • Approfittare dei momenti in cui puoi effettuare vendite su segmenti o vendite di suggerimenti.
  • Assicurare la buona presenza delle strutture e del personale sotto la tua responsabilità.
  • Coordinare gli orari dei servizi con i reparti coinvolti in ogni evento.
Cosa stiamo cercando?

 

  • Laurea in Scienze del turismo o affini.
  • Inglese avanzato, scritto e parlato. La conoscenza di una seconda lingua è preferibile.
  • L'esperienza con gli strumenti di gestione alberghiera, così come le abilità e le tecniche di vendita sono altamente auspicabili.
  • La conoscenza dell'automazione d'ufficio e dei sistemi alberghieri costituisce un vantaggio.
  • 2 anni di esperienza come coordinatore di eventi, maître di eventi o primo caposervizio dell'area eventi.
  • Esperienza lavorativa in hotel
  • Vocazione al servizio.
  • Capacità comunicative e interpersonali.
  • Iniziativa commerciale.
  • Interesse per il raggiungimento di risultati.

We are currently recruiting for a Multi-property Director of Revenue Management for Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan and The Rome Edition. Reporting to the General Managers of both properties, the role is responsible for the following key objectives: - Drive the overall Revenue performance through strategic pricing, inventory management, demand forecasting, segmentation optimization and channel profitability.  - Establish and evolve a long-term revenue strategy, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, market dynamics and stakeholder expectations  - Lead the creation, implementation and continuous refinement of Revenue processes, SOPs, analytical tools. - Maximize RevPAR, Market Share, ADR, Premium Room and Suite Mix, and profit contribution across all segments. - Manage owners' and corporate team's relationships. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Analyzing and Reporting Revenue Management Data - Conducts daily, weekly, monthly performance analysis  - Leads end-of-period analysis, identifying demand trends, need periods, opportunities and risks.  - Produces and presents Owner reports and critiques, integrating STR performance, market trends, pace analysis, segmentation evolution and revenue risks.  - Conduct deep-dive analysis on transient segments, promotions, channels, etc. - Maintain accuracy and consistency of systems configurations (MARSHA, One Yield, HPP, distribution channels)  - Monitors online channels and competitive set to ensure price integrity, positioning and content accuracy. - Lead STR Analysis weekly and monthly, identifies market share gaps and develops corrective commercial actions. - Builds, review and updates the annual Room Revenue Budget and collaborates on the Total Hotel Budget  - Develop internal reporting tools to track KPIs and support decision making Managing Revenue Strategy - Provides critical input to property leaders for development of market sales strategy. - Defines and executes the property's pricing strategy, ensuring rate integrity, competitive positioning and commercial alignment. - Develops transient, group and premium-room strategies, incorporating seasonality, demand shifts, events and compression periods. - Drives and monitors suite and premium room penetration, ensuring optimal inventory allocation and mix profitability. - Leads the Group Base Build Strategy, evaluates opportunities and provides recommendations on displacement, pricing and contract terms. - Ensures daily strategy deployment with FO, Reservations and Sales and verifies alignment in execution - Ensures compliance with brand RM processes, PDP diagnostic assessments, and corporate initiatives. - Provides revenue management functional expertise and leadership to general managers, property leadership teams and market sales leaders. - Ensures that sales strategies and rate restrictions are communicated, implemented, and modified as market conditions fluctuate. - Provides recommendations to improve effectiveness of revenue management processes. Building Successful Relationships - Leads the Commercial Strategy Meetings (daily/weekly/monthly) ensuring cross-functional alignment. - Communicates brand initiatives, demand and market analysis to stakeholders and owners - Communicates market direction to revenue management, sales and hotel leaders. - Develops and nurtures positive working relationships with all departments to ensure flawless execution of strategies. - Develops and manages internal key stakeholder relationships. - Provides targeted and timely communication of results, achievements, and challenges to the stakeholders.
