un/una ACCOUNTING CLERK iscritta alle liste del collocamento mirato ex art. 1 L. 68/99
La figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Contabilità generale a supporto delle altre risorse del team: registrazioni contabili di prima nota, registrazione fatture dei fornitori, riconciliazioni bancarie mensili, tenuta libri contabili, controllo e registrazione di note spese, riconciliazioni tra gestionali [PMS] e ERP;
- Interfaccia con i front office delle varie strutture per la registrazione dei contratti dei clienti sul portale dell'Agenzia delle Entrate verificandone la correttezza delle informazioni riportate ed occupandosi del pagamento dell'imposta di registro;
- Riconciliazione mensile tra Registri IVA e risultanze del portale "Fatture e Corrispettivi" (AdE).
Requisiti:
- Iscrizione al collocamento mirato ex art. 1 L.68/99
- Laurea in Economia o affini oppure diploma di Ragioneria;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Considerato un plus la conoscenza lingua inglese.

The role involves the operational management of the agriturismo, guest reception, and coordination of daily activities, ensuring high quality standards and an authentic experience closely connected to the local territory.
Responsibilities
- Daily management of the agriturismo
- Management and sales of bookings
- Welcoming and assisting guests throughout their stay
- Coordination of support staff and suppliers
- Supervision of cleaning, order, and routine maintenance
- Care of the guest experience and handling of requests
- Collaboration in the development of agricultural experiences, tastings, and company activities
