Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire in organico presso il ristorante con la mansione di cameriere - Chef de Rang
Il ruolo:
La risorsa sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività:
- garantire un'ottima customer experience e ottima cura al cliente;
- spiegare e raccontare dettagliatamente il menù, rispondendo alle varie richieste ed esigenze del cliente;
- organizzare la mise en place, tenendo in ordine e organizzato il proprio rango;
- partecipare attivamente ai programmi di formazione proposti;
Profilo
ll profilo ricercato dovrà avere i seguenti requisiti:
- minimo 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo;
- reale passione per il settore F&B;
- attitudine professionale ed eccellente attenzione ai dettagli;
- ottima cura personale e ottimo standing;
- propensione al lavoro in team;
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. La conoscenza di una seconda lingua è un plus;
- certificazione sommelier è un plus.
Offriamo primo contratto full time 40 ore settimanali a tempo determinato finalizzato all'assunzione a tempo indeterminato
Orario:
Turni unici dal lunedì alla domenica con due giorni di riposo settimanali
Orario di apertura dalle 18.00 alle 02.00

Working in a newly opened luxury lifestyle hotel is an incredible opportunity to gain strong expertise in hospitality and a great exposure to Marriott International EMEA leaders. This can remarkably accelerate your career growth within the company and provide you the right tools to be involved in other openings at national and international level. It is indeed a challenging experience but surely a rewarding one!
What you'll do
- Act as the first point of contact between guests, the hotel team and external suppliers.
- Respond (in-person, over the phone, or by email) to all guest inquiries, special arrangements, services requests (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinates travel plans, special occasions, create unique experience and suggest exclusive addresses to guests liaising with external and internal suppliers, according to guests' hints and preferences.
- Make each guest feel welcomed and valued, anticipate guests' needs and create unforgettable experiences for them.
- Manage and coordinate guest chats, create, monitor and close cases using the appropriate Marriott tool.
- Maintain a strong knowledge about local areas, ongoing events happening, exclusive experiences, special suppliers and constantly update guests and the team.
- Record and manage guests' requests in the internal CRM Alice.
- Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bell person, Housekeeping, Front Desk) as necessary to resolve guest requests or issues.
- Escort guests to their room
- Supervise and assist Bell Team in case of need, helping with luggage/parcel delivery.
- Provide your best service and make sure the guest leaves the hotel with a positive memory. Our aim is a 10/10!
What you'll need:
- A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-first attitude.
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality.
- Flexibility, problem-solving skills and multi-tasking ability.
- Great storytelling skills in English and at least intermediate Italian (both writing and speaking).
- Previous Concierge experience is a big plus.
- Able to use CRM systems including Opera, GXP by Marriott, Alice.

Le risorse, riporteranno al Resident Manager e si occuperà di:
· Pulire approfonditamente le camere rispettando gli alti standard qualitativi richiesti;
· Preparare le camere per offrire un comfort assoluto al cliente;
· Sanificare i servizi igienici;
· Ripristinare gli asciugami e il set di cortesia delle camere, ovvero tutte le forniture presenti e gli articoli necessari, fra cui anche, ad esempio, il minibar;
· Cambiare la biancheria;
· Ordinare, rassettare e sistemare la camera;
· Pulire su richiesta del cliente;
· Seguire i controlli e le indicazioni inserite nella check list;
· Curare e manutenere le arre comuni.
Requisiti:
· Esperienza di 2-3 anni nel ruolo, presso strutture alberghiere strutturate o realtà simili (hotel da 5* in su);
· Attenzione ai dettagli e standard elevati tipici del lusso;
· Residenza e/o domicilio in zone limitrofe costituiranno titolo preferenziale;
· Fluente conoscenza della lingua italiana;
· Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (A2 – B1).
Contratto: diretto con l'azienda a tempo determinato/indeterminato da valutare, con RAL max. 25.000€ su 14 mensilità;
Orario: full-time dal lunedì alla domenica, con due giorni di riposo a settimana, con turni di 8 ore (più mezz'ora di pausa), dalle 7:00 alle 23:30;
Zona di lavoro: Milano centro (MI).
