We are looking to hire an administrative assistant to join our young and dynamic no profit organisation. In this role, the person would implement the day-to-day operations in support of the organization and its leadership. The administrative assistant would be reporting to the President and to the Chief Operating Officer.Qualifications & Skills:· Post-secondary education qualifications, proven by a diploma· Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role· Proficiency in English language (spoken and written)· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)· Strong organizational and time-management skills· Organizational, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Tasks in support of the President of the association:· Manage agenda, scheduling in-person and virtual meetings with the support of outlook.· Support with travel arrangements, including booking through a travel agency, hotel, management of travel cost reimbursements and other related logistical issues.· Review of consultancy service contracts
