Senior Facility Specialist Impianti Elettrici presso CESI S.p.A. Sede: Milano, con disponibilità a svolgere per circa il 20% del tempo brevi trasferte presso le altre due sedi dell'azienda situate nel Nord Italia                                                       Tipologia di Contratto: Full-time (38 hrs/w) La figura di Senior Facility Specialist Impianti Elettrici sarà il punto di riferimento per la gestione degli impianti elettrici di sito e di facility. Avrà il compito di garantire l'efficienza e la sicurezza degli impianti, coordinando fornitori e consulenti esterni e assicurando il rispetto delle normative e degli standard aziendali.          Responsabilità principali·       Valutare e contribuire a definire proposte progettuali per il rinnovamento e il miglioramento dell'infrastruttura impiantistica·       Assicurare la conformità alle normative di sicurezza e agli standard aziendali·       Pianificare interventi di miglioramento delle infrastrutture e degli impianti·       Coordinare i consulenti esterni e i fornitori per le attività di manutenzione degli impianti elettrici e speciali·       Gestire i contratti di servizio e monitorare le performance dei fornitori·       Monitorare costi e budget relativi alle attività di manutenzione impianti affidate·       Aggiornare la documentazione tecnica e i registri di conformità·       Collaborare con le funzioni interne per garantire continuità operativa e supporto alle esigenze aziendali  Requisiti richiesti·       Diploma di Perito Elettrico o Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica·       Esperienza di almeno 7-8 anni in ambito impiantistico elettrico e gestione facility·       Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza elettrica e degli impianti industriali·       Conoscenza della direttiva 81/08 in ambito manutentivo e in Titolo IV per attività di cantiere·       Capacità di lettura e interpretazione di schemi elettrici·       Buona padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici·       Gradita conoscenza della lingua inglese   Soft Skills·       Capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione·       Competenze di project management·       Leadership nella gestione di fornitori e consulenti esterni·       Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio·       Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali In CESI S.p.A. non offriamo solo un lavoro, ma l'opportunità di crescere in un ambiente dinamico, protagonista della transizione energetica in atto!
