Together, our broad portfolio of brands offers a complete range of products to bring great coffee and vending products to our ~10,000 customers serving consumers across hotels, restaurants, office buildings, public spaces, and more. OpportunityWe are looking for a young talent to join our marketing team, supporting communication activities and contributing to the growth of our brands in an internationally oriented manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities, in collaboration with your tutor, will be:Content Creation: Ideation and drafting of content for traditional and innovative communication materialsEvents and Trade Shows:Support in planning and logistical management of corporate events, international meetings, and industry trade showsCreation of dedicated communication materials for events (posters, banners, presentations).Coordination with external agencies for the production of promotional materials.Brand Strategy and Positioning:Support activities for defining the positioning of corporate brands through market analysis and competitor benchmarking.Collaboration with the team to strengthen the visual and communicative consistency of the brands.Analysis and Reporting:Collection and analysis of marketing and communication data to monitor the effectiveness of actions taken.Preparation of reports to evaluate project performance and propose innovative ideas.Internal Communication: Contribute to spreading the company culture through dedicated communication campaigns.To be successful in this role you'll need to have:Degree in Marketing, Communication or related fieldsGood knowledge of Ms Office (Excel, Power Point)Passion for communication and creativity in proposing ideasProactive attitude and eagerness to learnFluent in Italian and EnglishNice to have:Good proficiency with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar)What we offer:Full-time internship with expense reimbursementBenefits: Company canteenWorkplace: Valbrembo (BG)  We are committed to guarantee equal employment opportunities.
