You'll supervise teams, act as a point of contact for staff and visitors and help deliver a flawless experience throughout the International Sporting Event. Main Responsibilities:• Lead and motivate a team of Ambassadors.• Oversee daily logistics and operational activities.• Act as a liaison between staff and the public.• Handle unexpected situations with professionalism.Ensure the highest standards of service and efficiency. Ambassadors – The Face of the Event Your Mission:As an Ambassador, you will be the front-line representative of the event, welcoming and assisting guests with warmth, kindness, and professionalism. Main Responsibilities:• Greet and support guests with enthusiasm.• Provide practical information and orientation.• Guide visitors throughout event venues.• Create a warm, inclusive, and memorable experience.• Embody and promote the values of the Event.
