This role provides hands-on experience in enterprise-level cloud operations while contributing to the maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our hyperscale environments. It also offers an opportunity to develop expertise in cloud technologies, automation, and scalable infrastructure management under the guidance of senior team members.The key responsibilities of this role include:• Performing daily monitoring and health checks of hyperscale infrastructure to ensure system availability and enable early detection of potential issues;• Responding to incidents and performing basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime and restore service functionality;• Monitoring costs and analyzing resource usage to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements;• Developing and maintaining automation scripts to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency;• Updating documentation and maintaining the knowledge base to ensure accurate procedures and facilitate knowledge sharing;• Collecting and reporting performance metrics to provide insights for capacity planning and optimization decisions.If you love new technologies and enjoy dealing with complex problems, we are the right place for you!The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:Hard Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field preferred. We are a Cloud & Cybersecurity Provider, our focus is to provide medium-sized and large companies with Cloud services at the highest level of reliability and performance, integrated with Cybersecurity solutions that protect their data and applications. We are looking for a curious and proactive colleague to join our Sales Team as PARTNER AREA MANAGER CHANNEL. The selected candidate, reporting to the Head of Channel, will identify new partners and manage current ones in order to develop relations to produce sales opportunities. Responsibilities of the selected candidate include:Channel Development StrategyGather info from market (competition, partners' needs, trends) in order to support the definition of the strategy for developing Channel Sales.Development Partners' relationsIdentify potential new partners in line with targets in the assigned geographical area to extend sales opportunities;Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, guarantee they are constantly informed and supported to maximize customer retention;Develop and manage relationships with certified ReeVo distributors, working closely with their sales teams to expand the partner network in the assigned geographical areas. Budget and ResultsExecute channel development activities (es.
