This role provides hands-on experience in enterprise-level cloud operations while contributing to the maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our hyperscale environments. It also offers an opportunity to develop expertise in cloud technologies, automation, and scalable infrastructure management under the guidance of senior team members.The key responsibilities of this role include:• Performing daily monitoring and health checks of hyperscale infrastructure to ensure system availability and enable early detection of potential issues;• Responding to incidents and performing basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime and restore service functionality;• Monitoring costs and analyzing resource usage to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements;• Developing and maintaining automation scripts to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency;• Updating documentation and maintaining the knowledge base to ensure accurate procedures and facilitate knowledge sharing;• Collecting and reporting performance metrics to provide insights for capacity planning and optimization decisions.If you love new technologies and enjoy dealing with complex problems, we are the right place for you!The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:Hard Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field preferred. The candidate will support the architecture team in designing and maintaining integrations between different application components, contributing to the quality and consistency of technical documentation in line with the company's IT policies and standards.
