We are looking for a curious and proactive colleague to join our Team as TECHNICAL WRITER INTERN. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical documentation, process mapping, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic IT services environment. The internship will include the following activities:Participate in meetings with technical and business stakeholders to gather input for the review of technical documentation;Collaborate with technical teams to collect and structure information related to our core service areas, including Private & Public Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Native solutions;Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation related to service delivery processes of our Business Units;Contribute to the drafting of technical product sheets and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate meets the following requirements: Hard Skills:Master's Degree in Management Engineering or related field;Ability to create clear, concise, and accurate documentation;Capability to structure information logically for readability and consistency;Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory;Good knowledge of Visio is a plus. Language Skills:Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken is mandatory;Good command of French and/or Spanish is a plus. The future colleague will join the Cyber Security Operations Team in the role of CYBERSECURITY ANALYST – Tier 2, responsible for in-depth analysis of security alerts, handling Tier 1 escalations, investigating potential incidents, and coordinating initial response actions to contain and mitigate threats. Responsibilities of the selected candidate include:Analyzing data and logs from various sources (e.g., NDR, EDR, firewalls, system events);Providing operational guidance and technical solutions to contain and mitigate security incidents, in collaboration with the SecOps and CSIRT teams;Drafting detailed incident reports, including root cause analysis, corrective actions taken, and recommendations to prevent recurrence;Collaborating with the SecOps team to optimize security system configurations and implement new rules in SIEM and SOAR platforms; Monitoring emerging trends in the cybersecurity threat landscape and sharing relevant insights with the team to enhance detection and response capabilities. The ideal candidate meets the following requirements: Hard Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field;At least 1/2 years of experience in Cyber Security service environments;Knowledge of XDR, NDR technologies, Active Directory and Linux;Troubleshooting skills;Ability to analyze system, network, and application logs to identify anomalies;Familiarity with threat analysis frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK;Certifications related to the Cyber Security field (e.g., GIAC Certified Incident Handler, ECSA, CEH) are a plus.
