SPEA S.p.A., a world leader in the design and implementation of testing systems for microchips and electronic boards, for the expansion of its Research and Development Department is looking for a Project Manager. Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for organizing and leading work teams to ensure compliance with the company's timelines, methods, and product/process quality in the following areas: 1. Project Management The Project Manager will have the organizational responsibility for a SPEA product or functional unit.The role involves overseeing the project from the commercial negotiation and technical feasibility phases through to installation at the final customer site, including the design, development, and manufacturing stages.The candidate must ensure that the work is completed on time and according to plan by all involved stakeholders.The PM will work closely with R&D, Sales and Commercial teams, Production, and Customer Support. 2. Process Improvement The selected candidate will work alongside one or more SPEA departments to increase efficiency in processes. Activities: Analysis and mapping of the current "as-is" processesConceptual design of improvement actionsImplementationMonitoring and controlling the achieved results Requirements: Degree in Management Engineering (preferred)Valuable experience in electronics or automationWillingness to take full organizational responsibility for a project and ensure its successful completionAvailability to work alongside the technical team to quickly learn the features of SPEA machines and acquire the necessary skills for the roleAbility to analyze complex situations and break them down into more manageable componentsDetermination to gradually take on a leading role within the organizationAbility to convey the right approach and mindset to all team members Workplace:Volpiano (TO), Italy

Machine control software? GUI programmingSoftware development will be in Windows environment using mainly MS Visual Studio environment.The frontend part is made using C# / WPF with framework . NET and applying the MVVM pattern, the backend part is made in C# / C++ and where necessary interacting with libraries written in C++ using P/Invoke technology.Requirements:? Degree in Computer Engineering or previous experience as a software designer in the development of test machines, robotics or industrial automation? Descrizione annuncioSPEA S.p.A., company worldwide leader in the design and manufacturing of testing systems for semiconductors and electronic boards, is looking for a Electronic Designer.The candidate will be placed on a professional growth path in which he/she will have the opportunity to gain increasing skills in the design of microprocessor electronic boards, measurement electronic boards, and analog and digital signal generation.Specifically, he/she will be responsible for the following activities:Will attend Kick Off meetings with customers and job references to gather information needed to develop designsWill support engineers in designing electronic devices.Will independently design electronic devices derived from electronic boards already builtWill create, through the use of CAD software (Mentor, Cadence, Mathlab), electronic technical drawingsWill program in HDL for AMD/Xilinx, Intel/Altera, Lattice FPGA familiesWill implement the power part of the board using the best simulators.Will conduct, when necessary, alternative component scouting activities to supplement technical needsWill participate in all phases of Debug, Calibration and Characterization up to the finished product to be installed in the world's best test systems in the microchip market.
