MATERIAL PLANNING MANAGER Supervise material planning and related procurement activities, to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of company targets. The role ensures that Plant's Material Planning, Logistics and Custom Processes, both inbound and outbound flows, are handled efficiently, effectively, and in a long‑term sustainable manner within budget constraints. Responsibilities:Regularly review long- and short-term planning strategies related to raw materials and semi-finished goods.Measure KPIs and analyze root causes of deviations.Develop RCCP (Rough-Cut Capacity Planning) by collecting data from Demand Planning and the ERP system.Revise inventory levels and its parameters to minimize any stock levels and maintain the level of service givenImplement processes, procedures, and policies to ensure effective results in inbound/outbound transport and customs clearanceLead, mentor, and coordinate a team (Material Planning and Outbound Logistic offices)Manage relationships with customs agencies and external freight service providersOversee personnel activities, schedules, shipment coordination, and routingSearch for efficient and cost-effective shipping methods and negotiates related contractsSupport the implementation of integrated management systems and certifications and contribute to improvement activities. Our Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising factory production operations and supporting the Production Manager in daily tasks. Responsibilities:In line with the production plan, efficiently organize production resources to ensure tasks are completed with the required quality and quantity.Collaborate with PE, WH, and FR teams and maintain timely communication to resolve issues and improve production‑related projects.Coordinate with the PMC, Quality, and Maintenance Departments to ensure proper material supply and resolve any issues that arise during production.Monitor all workshop activities to ensure they are performed in accordance with relevant procedures and documentation.Maintain workplace organization according to the 5S system, ensuring all materials and products are clearly identified, neatly arranged, and properly recorded.Resolve production issues promptly and report any abnormalities that may impact the production schedule in a timely manner.Control production costs and continuously improve production processes to achieve better yield and higher efficiency.Ensure that all related activities comply with requirements for product safety, legality, product quality, and applicable management systems.Oversee employee training and development to build skills, ensure competence, and support continuous improvement.Coordinate with the HR Office regarding the placement and training of external resources based on incoming orders and operational needs Requirements:English (50%)Technical diploma required; a Bachelor's degree or higher in an industrial or engineering field is preferred.Computer literate (MS Office and SAP).Excellent logic thinking, team building and communication skills.A proactive, results‑oriented attitude.
