Location: Milan, Italy (initially on-site, then hybrid)
Contract: Full-time ? 6-month temporary contract
Manpower is recruiting for an international client operating in the digital media and advertising sector a Program Activation Manager.
The Role
The Program Activation Manager will be responsible for the execution and reporting of branded content campaigns. You will be a creative and critical thinker, able to transform ideas into engaging solutions across digital, mobile, native and social platforms. A solid understanding of execution processes and performance metrics is essential.
You will work closely with internal Ad Sales, Production and Client Services teams throughout all phases of each programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of custom solutions projects, from sale through completion
- Ensure client satisfaction while meeting timelines, quality standards and approved budgets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with all partners involved at each stage of the project
- Create and manage project schedules and budgets
- Secure approvals and coordinate workflows with production and sales teams up to final asset delivery
- Advise clients on production recommendations, potential risks, challenges and solutions
- Manage post-sale client relationships with strong focus on:
- profitability
- resource tracking and management
- financial reporting
- billing processes
Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in Italian and English
- Additional EU languages are considered an advantage
- Previous experience in Marketing, Advertising, Gaming or related industries
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
