Job description
Reporting to the Italian Country Manager, he/she will be responsible for selling the company's solutions to direct customers and agencies through contacts, visits, events and any type of relationship useful for developing a partnership. The selected candidate will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive business growth;
- Identify new market opportunities and propose expansion strategies;
- Work with the account team and the Country Manager to achieve established revenue goals;
- Monitor trends and offering in the Ad-Tech industry to anticipate market needs;
- Provide strategic advice to customers to maximise their business success;
- Prepare periodic performance reports and analyse results;
- Participate in industry events and represent the company to partners and customers;
- Ensure adherence to company policies and Agency Sales department guidelines.
The ideal candidate comes from the ad-tech world and the advertising technology supply chain, knows the market landscape and boasts several relationships within the most important Italian direct clients. He/she is a hands-on figure, motivated to acquire market share and to develop his/her career.
The selected candidate will work in an hybrid, flexible mode.
Fluency in English is a must.
