Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the Administrative team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of monthly, periodic, and annual financial closings.
- Act as owner of financial results, including general and management accounting, statutory financial statements and management reporting, tax management and compliance
- Oversee all strategic areas of the Finance function, with particular focus on direct and indirect taxation, regulatory and statutory compliance, cash management and financial position.
- Ensure full compliance with tax and regulatory requirements while minimizing risks and optimizing the tax structure.
- Coordinate and lead the FP&A team, ensuring high standards in financial analysis and reporting including annual budget and periodic forecasts, variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast), profitability analysis by product, channel, business unit, or project.
- Support senior management with financial analyses and scenarios to enable informed strategic decision‑making.
- Act as the financial business partner for all departments, working closely with functional Directors. Provide structured financial support to operational and strategic decisions, translating business initiatives into financial impacts. Promote a strong culture of financial accountability and cost awareness across the organization.
- Manage and coordinate relationships with external advisors and institutions, including banks and financial institutions, tax advisors, legal and corporate consultants, external auditors. Ensure the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of services provided by external parties
Governance and Compliance
- Act as the key financial point of contact for Board of Statutory Auditors, External Auditors, Board of Directors
- Prepare and present financial documentation required by governance bodies, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and reliability.
- Support governance, internal control, and compliance processes.
Risk Management and Process Improvement
- Identify financial, operational, and compliance risks, proposing preventive and corrective actions.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve finance and administrative processes and procedures.
- Drive operational efficiency, including process optimization and digitalization initiatives.
Skills and Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Solid experience in senior Finance roles (e.g., Finance Director, Head of Finance, CFO).
- Strong expertise in:Accounting and financial reporting, Financial planning and management control, Taxation and corporate regulations
- Proven leadership skills with strong ownership mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement orientation.
