Job description
- Provide managerial leadership and coordination of Demand Planning, Stock Management and Logistics teams, setting clear priorities, objectives and accountability within a structured, performance‑driven environment.
- Lead, coach and develop team managers and specialists with a hands‑on yet strategic approach, ensuring execution excellence, professional growth and strong customer focus.
- Act as change leader, building organizational readiness for cross‑country collaboration and future regional or European operating models.
- Interface with Global and European Supply Chain stakeholders, representing the local organization in governance routines, decision forums and international initiatives.
- Coordinate and oversee international Supply Chain projects, acting as local sponsor and reference point for pilots, transformations and cross‑country rollouts.
A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:
- Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in procurement and supply chain processes within the FMCG/Durable Goods/Distribution industry.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
