Job description
- Support end-to-end strategy projects (market entry, growth strategy, M&A strategy, operating model design)
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses (market sizing, competitive benchmarking, financial modelling)
- Prepare client deliverables, including presentations and executive summaries
- Translate data into clear insights and strategic recommendations
- Participate in client meetings and workshops, contributing to problem structuring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality project execution
