CRM Specialist  

Profilo Adecco Italia is recruiting, on behalf of a leading multinational company operating in the Tech & Mobility sector, a CRM Specialist. Key Responsibilities The selected candidate will support the definition and execution of CRM strategies aimed at increasing user engagement, retention, and loyalty through multiple digital channels. Responsabilita Main responsibilities include: Planning, managing, and monitoring CRM campaigns targeting platform users and partners Analyzing campaign performance and identifying optimization opportunities through quantitative and qualitative insights Managing CRM communication channels including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging Collaborating with local and international teams to ensure effective communication aligned with business objectives Supporting the evolution of CRM systems and processes through copywriting and localization/transcreation activities Coordinating cross-functional activities with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Product, Legal, Communications, and Business Development teams Interpreting customer behavior data and market trends to support strategic decisions and improve user experience Skill e Professionalita Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields 1-2 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or lifecycle marketing, preferably within tech or e-commerce environments Proven experience managing end-to-end CRM campaigns Strong analytical skills and familiarity with KPIs and performance marketing metrics Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environments Proactive mindset, results-oriented attitude, and strong problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Fluency in both Italian and English Benefit Location & Working Model Location: Milan Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Hybrid working model with the possibility to work remotely 2 days per week Contract Initial temporary contract through Adecco Italia, with possibility of extension.
