Communication Assistant - Communication Unit

We are looking for a Communication Assistant to join the EFSA Digital eXperience & Discovery team (Communication Unit) to support the Scientific Output Publication process.

Retribuzione annua: 28000€ - 34000€

esperienza

Requirements: 

• Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level);
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in communication departments within international organisations; 
• Experience in and knowledge of communication principles, internal communication, editorial standards;
• Experience with scientific publishing and AI would be an asset;
• Proficiency in IT tools (minimum: MS Office software. Assets: Adobe Acrobat Pro, ScholarOne, Copyright Clearance Center);
• Behavioural competencies: working with others, analysis and problem solving, attention to detail, time management, priority setting and planning, customer focus, resilience and composure. 

Assignment: initial contract of 3/4 months, with possibility of extension. Expected duration of assignment 12 months.

Salary: approx. € 2326,00 per month before taxes.

Work modalities: office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possible within 2 hours from EFSA's premises in Parma, Italy, for the remaining days.
