Senior Customer Service Representative
Location: Segrate (MI)
Working hours: Full time, 40 hours per week (08:00 ? 17:00)
Contract: Fixed-term until the end of the year, with possibility of extension if the project continues ? immediate start
Salary: €36,300 (AWD Salary Equivalent)
Work model: Mainly on-site, with the possibility of 1 day of remote working
The role
For a leading multinational company in the scientific sector, we are looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative.
The selected candidate will join a collaborative team and will be responsible for managing the full customer service cycle, from initial contact to order fulfillment, ensuring a high level of quality.
Key responsibilities
- Managing customer requests (phone and email)
- Order entry and management through ERP/CRM systems
- Preparing offers and quotations
- Monitoring shipments and handling any issues
- Updating the customer database
- Collaborating with internal teams (logistics, sales, finance)
- Supporting continuous process improvement activities
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in multinational environments
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is a plus
- Knowledge of French would be considered a plus
