Hybrid and Multicloud Engineer  

Randstad Digital, a specialized division for IT profiles of Randstad Italia, is searching for a Hybrid and Multicloud Engoneer to join a prestigious product company in the energy and oil & gas sector.

• Salary Range between €45.000 and €50.000 (CCNL Energia e Petrolio)

• Performance-based variable bonus of €5.000 or €6.000

Workplace Rome (EUR Area), hybrid work model with two days a week remote.

Retribuzione annua: 40000€ - 50000€

esperienza

Mandatory Academic and Language Requirements:

• Education Master's degree, preferably in Information Security, IT, or related STEM fields

• Languages Professional fluency in English (C1 level), well-established in both written and spoken communication

Technical Competencies

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud architecture roles

• Deep knowledge of major cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their core services

• Proven ability to design hybrid cloud integration solutions and vendor-agnostic multicloud strategies

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, ARM templates, or Pulumi

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes

• Solid understanding of cloud security best practices (IAM, encryption, secure networking) and Zero Trust Architecture

• Experience with hybrid connectivity (VPNs, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute) and cloud cost management/observability tools

• Highly preferred professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect ? Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, or CKA.
