Responsibilities:
- Develop the strategy for the assets in portfolio, comprising an ESG action plan, concluding DCF/NPV calculations, scenario and hold-sell analysis
- Proactively manage value add projects including repurposing/repositioning of assets
- Optimise the letting within the managed portfolio
- Monitor investment performance and relevant asset KPIs
- Identify attractive investment opportunities and understand market trends
- Lead and support the sales and acquisition process from underwriting and due diligence through to negotiation and closing in order to achieve investment objectives
- Assess risks and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations
- Proactively drive (digital & technical) innovation to enhance the value of the managed portfolio
- Review and challenge valuations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Fund Managers, ESG Team)
- Steer and monitor external partners (e.g., Property Managers, Letting Agents, Lawyers)
A successful Investment & Asset Manager should have:
- Master's degree preferably in real estate, engineering or business economics
- Minimum 5 - 7 years' work experience in real estate
- Affinity both with transactions and asset management
- Strong quantitative skills is a must
- Understanding of financial practices applied to real estate
- Well informed of local legislation applicable to real estate
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian real estate markets and relevant network
- Ready to travel
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
- Resilient and well organised multi-tasker and team player
- Comfortable within an evolving and international environment
- Proactive, flexible and assertive
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Power Point)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- GAS: 70.000 € - 90.000 €
