- Collaborate with engineers across teams to improve infrastructure reliability, automation and developer productivity
- Design and maintain scalable CI/CD systems, improving software delivery workflows and reducing friction between dev, qa, sec and ops teams
- Design, develop and manage infrastructure as code via Terraform and Ansible for cloud and on-premises systems
- Lead the adoption of SRE principles and improve cloud system resilience
- Support modern and legacy systems with a focus on transitioning workloads to containerized cloud-native architectures
- Drive adoption of monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
- Champion automation and eliminate manual toil wherever possible
- Perform internal workshops and demos, promoting platform tools, practices and new technologies
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing and internal training to raise engineering excellence across teams.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)
- Expertise with CI/CD tools (preferably Jenkins)
- Solid understanding of containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience with monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Proven track record of improving platform reliability, availability and performance
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally and mentor others
Nice to have
- Experience with microservices architecture and associated challenges
- Familiarity with Kafka and PostgreSQL for troubleshooting and support
- Experience with security tools, policies, and secure infrastructure design
- Background in regulated environments (e.g., finance, healthcare)
- Prior development experience (Java, C++) is a strong asset
