The Plant HR Manager is the key HR reference for the production site. The role ensures the effective management of all people-related processes in an industrial environment, supporting the business and contributing to the cultural and organizational evolution of the company, in alignment with Multinational Group policies and values.
- Ensure full compliance with Italian labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Manage all local HR administrative processes, including contracts, payroll coordination, benefits, and employee records.
- Collaborate with Operations Director to support organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the CEO providing strategic HR support and guidance.
- Full ownership of all HR activities at plant level: recruitment, training, performance management, industrial relations, and HR administration
- Act as a trusted partner for site management and line managers
- Manage employee relations and support resolution of workplace issues
- Manage union relationships and interactions with works councils / employee representatives
- Promote a people-centered and performance-driven culture
- Drive change management initiatives at site level
Profile & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7-8 years of HR experience in industrial / manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR compliance.
- Proven experience in plant HR management and workforce-intensive contexts
- Background in structured organizations is strongly preferred
