Private Equity Analyst - Investor Relations  

The Analyst will sit within Investor Relations (IR) team in Milan House, supporting the execution and delivery of several workstreams, including but not limited to Fundraising, with a strong accounting/finance focus.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing / Communications

• Support on responses to investor requests
• Helping with logistics and materials for investor events
• Support on preparation of quarterly investor reports
• Coordinate AML / KYC process with Compliance
• Maintenance of the investor portal
• Support with preparation of investor communication, including deal announcements and exit announcements
• Support with ongoing PR efforts, including maintenance of Linkedin channel and website updates

Fundraising

• Support drafting due diligence requests and preparing marketing materials
• Maintain meeting calendar; coordinate internal team availability
• Attend selective investor meetings and events
• Support team in conference and roadshow planning

Internal Operations / Other

• Maintain investor CRM, distribution lists, investor materials and folders / central repository of information
• Develop relationships across functions (Finance, Legal, Investment Team)

• Degree in Economics or Finance
• 1-2 years experience in Private Equity, in analyst roles or junior investor relations positions
• Finance/accounting background
• Fluency in English is required for this role
• Self-driven, quality and results-oriented

• Ability to manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders

Pan‑European Investment Firm

Initial one‑year fixed‑term contract, with the intention of conversion to a permanent position.
