Job description
The Analyst will sit within Investor Relations (IR) team in Milan House, supporting the execution and delivery of several workstreams, including but not limited to Fundraising, with a strong accounting/finance focus.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Servicing / Communications
- Support on responses to investor requests
- Helping with logistics and materials for investor events
- Support on preparation of quarterly investor reports
- Coordinate AML / KYC process with Compliance
- Maintenance of the investor portal
- Support with preparation of investor communication, including deal announcements and exit announcements
- Support with ongoing PR efforts, including maintenance of Linkedin channel and website updates
Fundraising
- Support drafting due diligence requests and preparing marketing materials
- Maintain meeting calendar; coordinate internal team availability
- Attend selective investor meetings and events
- Support team in conference and roadshow planning
Internal Operations / Other
- Maintain investor CRM, distribution lists, investor materials and folders / central repository of information
- Develop relationships across functions (Finance, Legal, Investment Team)
- Degree in Economics or Finance
- 1-2 years experience in Private Equity, in analyst roles or junior investor relations positions
- Finance/accounting background
- Fluency in English is required for this role
- Self-driven, quality and results-oriented

Pan‑European Investment Firm
Initial one‑year fixed‑term contract, with the intention of conversion to a permanent position.
