MISSION To lead the implementation and management of Zumub's logistics operations in Italy. This role will be responsible for the warehouse launch, structuring the operational team, and overseeing day-to-day local logistics operations.   ROLE - Lead the setup and launch of the warehouse in Milan, Italy - Manage the entire local logistics operation (receiving, picking, packing, shipping) - Recruit, train, and manage warehouse operators and the operational team - Define operational processes and ensure efficiency, quality, and cost control - Negotiate and manage local carriers and logistics partners - Monitor and report operational KPIs - Coordinate with the central head office teams (supply chain, IT, customer service) - Ensure legal, fiscal, and bureaucratic compliance of the Italy operation - Support administrative processes related to local operations   QUALIFICATIONS - Fluent Italian speaker (mandatory) - Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus) - Solid experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management - Experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, 3PL, or retail (strongly preferred) - Proven experience in hiring and managing operational teams - Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills - Hands-on, problem-solving mindset - High sense of responsibility and autonomy   OFFER:  - Competitive salary based and performance-based compensation  - Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement  - Exposure to top-level decision-making and the chance to make a meaningful impact  - Employee discounts, health insurance and other benefits     On-site position in Milan – Italy Zumub is committed to promoting equal opportunities and welcomes applications from all qualified individuals, regardless of gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, race, religion, or belief.
