As an elite Destination Management Company that organizes tailor-made trips to Italy for an international, luxury clientele, we are looking for a: TRAVEL  COORDINATOR The resource will be responsible for organizing luxury itineraries and experiences in Italy, tailored to the needs of american clientele with an excellent potential for growth within the company and increased responsibilities Main activities and responsibilities: - Managing relationships with exclusive hotels, guides and other high-end partners to provide clients with unique and unforgettable experiences - Collaborate closely with travel advisors - Manage all aspects of trip planning, including hotel reservations, booking tickets and private tours, transfers and VIP experiences - Monitoring of booking progress - Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers - Providing assistance during the trip Main requirements: - Master or Bachelor's degree - Excellent communication skills, both in English and Italian (written and spoken fluently) - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines - Excellent software skills (Word, Excel) - Ability to work independently and in team - High level of organization and problem solving skills - Proactivity, precision and detail oriented Workplace: Alba Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent Mandatory requirement: live in the area (max. 30 min. drive from the head office in Alba CN) Remote Working: Remote working placement is available only for candidates with at least 3 years of previous experience in the same job position or higher Junior Applicants: For people without work experience, there is a trial period with paid internship.
