The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting for a Demi Chef de Bar.  The Demi Chef de Bar will report to the Bar Manager and she/he will join a team of bar tendering passionate professionals.  Seasonal, full-time contract role (40-hour working week, 5 working days, 2 consecutive days off).  Period: June ? Valid work permit for full time role (40 hours/week) - Fluent in English and Italian, both verbal and written - Understanding of luxury hospitality F&B operations  - Experience in the same role would be an advantage - A warm, people-oriented demeanour - A team-player attitude  - Reliability, Motivation, Positive outlook and outgoing personality - Strong passion for luxury bar tendering     This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
