We evaluate candidates who are self-employed (VAT-registered/freelance) . The project is full-time and will have a duration of 12 months . Responsabilità The Program Manager will lead a team to deliver best-in-class software experiences to our customers, both internal and external ensuring they meet objectives and adhere to timelines and budgets. The role will support in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across multiple levels of the organization and support cross-functional teams. The PM must be able to work at the strategic level (generating innovative ideas for growth, change management) and at the tactical level (analyzing data, solving problems, leading the team). This role will span multiple centers of excellence including HR, IT, Finance and Commercial providing an opportunity to influence multiple functions as well as achievement of enterprise level strategic goals as these functions deploy new software tools. Responsabilities: - Lead development and management of project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to support launch of new strategic software implementation tools. - Lead definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Chair weekly meetings to facilitate effective communication between clients, internal teams, and external vendors and prepare and present detailed project reports and status updates to all stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Serve as clients' primary point of contact, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions. - Coordinate with solution architects and technical teams to ensure alignment with project goals. - Lead cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and accountability for project deliverables. - Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve issues to keep the project on track. - Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team. - Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. - Conduct project reviews, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements in future projects. - Support post-implementation activities, including training, documentation, and client feedback collection. - Potential projects include Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, HRIS, ERP, WMS, and Commercial strategic tools to ensure best practices in configuration and deployment and collaboration across multiple countries, cultures, various time zones and languages. Profilo Experience&skills: - 5+ years of experience leading teams of developers, preferably those with .com software delivery - Experience with agile software development practices as part of a product based team - Experience managing third-party SaaS applications - Familiarity with supply chain processes, such as demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Familiarity with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse is a plus - Strong communication skills both oral and written with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders. - Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills. About the role At Four Seasons Hotel Firenze, we are looking for a Night Assistant Manager who will acts as point contact during the overnight shift, taking great care of our guests and staff. A hands-on empathetic approach, a diligence in both safety and care, and a measured eye for detail with a reaching understanding of Hotel operations will be essential in the success of this candidate. What you will do - Manage the activities at the Front Desk during the overnight shift. Ensures communications and follow-up with day shift on any problems, guest requests or special requirements.    - Complete the Daily Reports for all Front of House Departments, and successfully complete the night audit.   - Resolve customer complaints, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Interaction with guest will be in person and by phone.  - Review late arrivals, next day early arrivals and departures to plan for the next day's activities to ensure proper handling of Special Attention Guests, Return Guests, and Groups.  - Assure that all financial and credit procedures are followed.  When taking a shift at the desk, follows up on credit problems. Review all paid-outs, rebates, Petty Cash disbursements and Direct Billings. Check cashiers' work at end of shift to ensure all transactions are reconciled with proper approvals and endorsements.  - Check guests in and out in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible, and according to Four Seasons standards.  - Utilize a variety of computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports, run night audit reports, and review room allocations for arriving guests.  - Coordinate front of house departments with night briefing.   -  Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, in-house events, reservation calls. - Take action in all matters related to the safety, security of hotel guests and  employees. - Support with any other tasks within the division and/or any tasks assigned to by the management team.  What you bring - High school education or equivalent experience. - Must have at least 2 years' experience in Front Desk preferably in a luxury hotel environment. Previous experience in the same role would be a plus.  - Must possess excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.  - Must have strong communication skills, ability to adapt to constant change within the Hotel and work effectively under pressure.  - Good problem solving skills, strong attention to details and organizational skills are required. - Proficiency in using Opera PMS is required. - Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language.
