- maintain regular communication with our hotel maintenance team regarding upkeep and repair tasks

La figura avrà un ruolo chiave nel garantire il massimo livello di pulizia, ordine e accoglienza nelle camere, aree comuni e spazi di servizio, nel rispetto degli alti standard qualitativi della struttura.




¯ Responsabilità principali:

- Supervisionare le attività quotidiane del reparto Housekeeping e Lavanderia
- Organizzare e guidare lo staff nelle operazioni giornaliere
- Effettuare ispezioni su camere, aree comuni e spazi tecnici
- Pianificare turni, ferie e riposi garantendo la copertura ottimale
- Formare, motivare e supportare il team operativo
- Coordinarsi con Front Office, Ingegneria e altri reparti per un servizio fluido
- Monitorare lo stato delle camere, risolvere discrepanze e gestire segnalazioni
- Gestire forniture, ordini e budget del reparto
- Accogliere eventuali reclami legati ai servizi di pulizia, fornendo soluzioni tempestive
- Eseguire attività amministrative e di reportistica interna



 Requisiti:

- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo o in posizioni simili in contesti alberghieri di medio/alto livello
- Passione per l'ospitalità e attenzione al dettaglio
- Ottime doti organizzative e di leadership
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese
- Italiano madrelingua o fluente; la conoscenza di una terza lingua è considerata un plus

Trust us, you won't get bored, as you: 

- lead our housekeeping team, which includes both internal staff and external cleaning companies, with no distinction between them
- check all guest rooms and public areas daily for cleanliness and ensure compliance with Ruby's housekeeping quality standards
- are responsible for orders, delivery bills and service checks, procurement of work and consumable materials, always keeping within the housekeeping budget
- maintain regular communication with our hotel maintenance team regarding upkeep and repair tasks
- collaborate closely with the Rooms Division office at our corporate headquarters in Munich
- take care of plants, floral arrangements, and seasonal decoration
- manage lost and found items and their return, because nothing slips through your fingers
We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

- at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a lifestyle hotel, and know what it takes to work effectively with external companies
- a strong passion for cleanliness and order, with a keen eye for detail
- think and act in a cost- and eco-conscious way because it matters to you
- a strong communicator, know how to assert yourself, and stay flexible even in stressful situations
- presenting yourself confidently, bringing joy to the workplace, and humour is second nature to you
- enjoying working with international guests and know exactly how to respond smartly to their diverse needs
- speaking fluent Italian and English

- recognize needs and can advise our tenants and internal employees in this respect
- an organizational talent with very good multitasking skills and a good intuition to deal with conflicts and their resolution on a professional level

- work independently and responsibly
- confident in using the current MS Office programs and fluent in Italian and English
