Le figure ricercate si occuperanno di:
pulizia e riordino delle camere
sanificazione dei bagni
cambio biancheria e gestione della lavanderia
controllo generale dello stato delle camere
segnalazione di eventuali guasti o necessità di manutenzione
I profili ideali hanno esperienza nel ruolo e sono disponibili ad orario part time prevalentemente mattina
Gli orari saranno variabili in base ai check‑out (indicativamente 2–4 ore al giorno) Richiesta disponibilità a lavorare anche nei weekend

About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Bell Attendant to join the Team! This position is an integral part of the Guest Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start. The Bell Attendant assists guests with their arrival and departure experience, greeting them by name with a warm welcoming smile and a positive attitude.
What you will do
Greet guests passing through lobby and offer them assistance.
Deliver luggage to room upon check-in and pick up luggage from room upon departure.
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible in an accurate and timely manner.
Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
Perform shoeshine service; picking up shoes from guest room, cleaning and polishing them and returning them to the guest.
Carry out valet parking duties.
What you bring
Previous experience in a luxury environment is considered a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
A valid driving license.
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language.

Questa figura si occupa della manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria dell'Hotel, rispondendo alle richieste degli ospiti e dei colleghi in maniera cortese e professionale. La risorsa ideale possiede almeno un anno di esperienza nel ruolo, con conoscenze in campo elettrico. E' richiesta la conoscenza della lingua italiana, mentre la conoscenza dell'inglese rappresenta un vantaggio.

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is currently looking for an experienced Shift Engineer to join the Team.
About the role
The Shift Engineer diagnoses and provides service and repairs to hotel equipment and responds to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.
What you will do
- Implement and handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs.
- Diagnose and handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers and associated equipment throughout the entire building.
- Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner.
- Be familiar with all emergencies procedures and respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.
- Clean all stations in Engineering, grease traps, plumbing stoppages and maintain an organized department and hotel.
- Install or relocate any additional equipment or existing equipment when necessary.
- Assist with energy conservation programs in the hotel.
- Install electrical and mechanical systems for renovations, outlet additions and associated equipment and provide electrical set ups for exhibits including maintenance of those set-ups.
- Where required assist with training to all department staff to ensure efficient operation, proper maintenance and repair to equipment.
What you bring:
+1 year experience in a similar position.
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
Working technical knowledge of general building maintenance and basic ability to operate computer equipment.
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian language. Proficiency in English is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Engineering Operations
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Engineering department during assigned shifts.

- Maintain optimal performance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Monitor and support building technologies including home automation, television systems, heating, and air conditioning.
Facility Excellence
- Maintain all residential and common areas to the highest standards of functionality, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Conduct daily and weekly engineering inspections and complete maintenance checklists.
- Ensure that engineering workshops, storage areas, and technical rooms are organized and compliant with safety standards.
Resident Experience
- Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests from residents.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations.
