We are currently expanding our development activities in Italy and are looking for experienced professionals to join us on-site.
Key coordination:
- MEP Project Managers (Apex or outsourced)
- Local architects, engineers and design consultants
- General contractor and specialist subcontractors
- Brand partner technical services team
- Apex Alliance Hotel Management (pre-opening phase)
- Local authorities and permitting bodies
Scope
- Single-property hotel development project in Italy
- Full lifecycle ownership from construction through to operational handover
- On-site project leadership and execution
- Budget ownership and cost control
- Coordination of brand standards and technical compliance
- Vendor and contractor management
- Regulatory and permitting oversight
Core Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day construction and fit-out activities on site
- Own project budget, cost tracking and change management
- Maintain and control project timeline and milestones
- Coordinate with brand technical teams to ensure compliance
- Manage contractor and consultant performance
- Oversee FF&E and OS&E procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits and safety requirements
- Deliver structured reporting to Group (weekly/monthly)
- Coordinate pre-opening phase with hotel operations team
- Manage risks and mitigation plans
- Ensure smooth handover to operations (commissioning, snagging, opening readiness)
