We are looking for an Interim Operations Manager for a global leader in tech-driven mobility and logistics?a platform that has redefined urban transportation and delivery services.
They are entering a new phase of growth following the renewal of their strategic partnership with ItTaxi, Italy's largest taxi dispatch network, and the migration to the latest third-party API technology. In this role, the candidate will help scale the client's 3P Taxi business in Italy and deliver ambitious growth targets through 2026.
This position is ideal for a strategic, data-driven operator who thrives in ambiguity and can seamlessly move between high-level problem solving and hands-on execution.
The candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning supply growth, marketplace reliability, partnerships, and product innovation to unlock incremental trip volume and revenue growth.
The work will focus on high-impact initiatives requiring strong analytical rigor and operational excellence, with direct ownership of outcomes across trip growth, revenue acceleration, reliability improvements, and supply expansion.
Candidates must have a background in Big 4 and Big Tech.

Responsabilità
Responsabilities:
Drive Growth & Operational Excellence
- Lead and execute supply growth and engagement initiatives, ensuring sustainable expansion and improved partner performance.
- Grow supply within Italy's network of local partner dispatchers, identifying opportunities to expand fleet coverage and driver adoption.
- Identify and solve core marketplace challenges, from dispatch inefficiencies to low acceptance rates
- Design, test, and implement effective incentive strategies that boost supply, improve reliability (ex., matching efficiency, A/R management), and optimize marketplace balance.
Product & Feature Launches
- Project manage and launch new product features to improve reliability & efficiency (ex. Trip Radar, Dynamic Booking Fee, Dynamic Ranking), expand category (ex, Taxi Van, WAV), grow the segment and deploy new use cases (ex. Cash, Pair & Pay) .
- Drive Product and UX improvements by partnering closely with Tech teams and 3P partner tech teams.
- Build a strong feedback loop between ground operations and product/engineering to ensure local needs and insights inform global solutions.
- Serve as the operational voice for Italy in cross-functional product discussions, influencing roadmap priorities with on-the-ground insights.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local partner dispatchers, enabling aligned execution and long-term partnership success.
Data-Driven Strategy & Problem Solving
- Monitor business metrics and marketplace performance on an ongoing basis, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover root causes of operational challenges and drive rapid, data-backed solutions.
- Translate insights into execution, with direct ownership of outcomes
- Use data to define and prioritize initiatives that improve reliability, grow supply, and increase trip volume.
Profilo
Key Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive decisions.
- Ability to move from strategy to execution with speed, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with both internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in operations, marketplace businesses, product-facing roles or related functions is a strong plus.
A bias for action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
We offer an initial fixed-term contract running until the end of December 2026.
The compensation package is structured as follows:
Base Salary: €70,000 (Gross Annual Salary)
Variable Component: €11,000 (Annual Bonus)
Equity: €18,000 in Stock Options
