Be the driving force behind the energy transition in Italy!
Elum Energy is looking for a Italian Sales Manager who is ready to own the market & be our primary face and voice in the region.
With over 2800 solar plants equipped globally and a presence in 90+ countries, Elum has become a trusted provider of monitoring and control solutions for complex PV and storage systems.
What You'll Do :
Own the Italian Market
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting Utility and C&I sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow a strong, qualified sales pipeline.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact to contract signature and beyond.
Deliver & Drive Results
- Build and track weekly sales forecasts, establish sales goals, and drive actions to meet or exceed targets.
- Negotiate contract terms, support project delivery, and ensure timely cash collection.
Be the Voice of the Customer
- Understand customer organizations, decision-making chains, and project needs.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and key ecosystem players to grow Elum's footprint in the region.
Represent Elum Energy in Italy
- Be the face of Elum at industry events, trade shows, webinars, and ecosystem meetups.
- Position Elum as a trusted leader in smart energy management solutions.
Collaborate to Win
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing, pre-sales, project managers, and technical teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences
What We're Looking For
- Sales expert with 5+ years of experience in the renewable energy space (PV, BESS, SCADA, PPC, energy control systems).
- Italian native speaker, fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Strong knowledge of the Italian energy landscape: Utility & C&I projects, DSO/TSO regulations, EPCs, integrators, etc.
- Proven hunter with a structured sales approach: prospecting, qualification, closing.
- Experience using CRM tools (Hubspot preferred) to manage pipeline and customer data.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally to bring complex deals to life.
- Able to build and report clear business plans, revenue targets, and forecasts.
