La figura si dovrà occupare di dosare, miscelare, pastorizzare e mantecare gli ingredienti seguendo le ricette. Mantenere macchinari in ordine. Realizzare gusti crema, frutta, granite, torte gelato e specialità.
MANSIONI:
- Produzione e Lavorazione del gelato
- Scelta delle materie prime e miscelazione degli ingredienti
- Trattamento termico per eliminare la carica batterica
- Gestione del Laboratorio
- Igiene e Sicurezza
- Gestione scorte
REQUISITI:
- Conoscenza delle norme igienico-sanitarie.
- Conoscenza della chimica del freddo e il bilanciamento delle ricette.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily front desk operations and guide the team during your shift
- Coach, support, and motivate Front Office Hosts in the moment
- Welcome guests, handle requests, and turn small moments into great stays
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other teams to keep things smooth
- Manage bookings, room availability, payments, and other admin tasks
- Spot chances to upsell rooms, local experiences, and TSH outlets
- Share guest feedback and ideas to elevate our service
- Help onboard new team members and create a fun, supportive vibe
What You'll Have
- You have 1-3 years of experience as a front office supervisor or a similar hospitality role
- You know the ins and outs of hospitality and are ready to take it to the next level.
- You bring confidence, warmth, and strong people skills
- You're quick on your feet and great at solving problems in the moment
- You bring a calm, steady presence during busy moments
- You enjoy guiding others and lifting your team
- You're comfortable with modern hotel systems and curious to learn new tools
- You're fluent in English and Italian; more languages are a big plus

CAMERIERE/A DI SALA ESPERTO – TURNO SERALE (18:00–23:00)
La risorsa selezionata si occuperà del servizio ai tavoli durante la fascia serale, garantendo attenzione al cliente, ordine e qualità del servizio secondo gli standard della struttura.
Si richiede:
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di cameriere/a di sala presso ristoranti con intera gestione del servizio, dalla mis en place fino alla presa in carico del servizio ai tavoli e allo sbarazzo
- Buona predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico
- Disponibilità immediata per il turno serale (18:00–23:00)
- Preferibilmente automunito/a
Si offre:
- Iniziale contratto a tempo determinato di conoscenza di 2 settimane con prospettive e lungo termine
- Inquadramento secondo CCNL Turismo/Servizi, LIV. 6 o 5 corrispondente a retribuzione lorda oraria tra gli 8,50€ e i 9,00€
- Orario di lavoro: part-time serale di 30 ore settimanali (indicativamente dalle 18:00 alle 23:00) dal lunedì alla domenica con un giorno di riposo a settimana
- Luogo di lavoro: Pomezia (RM)
