Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Business Development & Hotel Acquisition Manager con sede a Milan, per unirsi al nostro team internazionale e guidare l'espansione del nostro portfolio di hotel affiliati in Italia.

 

Quali saranno le tue responsabilità?

 

Come membro chiave del nostro dipartimento commerciale, sarai responsabile di sviluppare nuove opportunità di business, acquisire nuovi hotel e rafforzare relazioni strategiche con partner del settore alberghiero. Il tuo obiettivo sarà far crescere la nostra presenza sul mercato italiano e offrire soluzioni di acquisto centralizzato che generino valore reale ai nostri partner.

 

Responsabilità principali:

 

  • Identificare, contattare e acquisire nuovi hotel e gruppi alberghieri in Italia.
  • Costruire, mantenere e sviluppare relazioni di fiducia con direttori, proprietari e stakeholder del settore.
  • Analizzare i bisogni operativi degli hotel e presentare soluzioni personalizzate che ottimizzino costi e processi di acquisto.
  • Condurre negoziazioni commerciali e chiudere accordi di affiliazione con nuove strutture.
  • Assicurare una corretta integrazione operativa dei nuovi hotel nel nostro modello di acquisti centralizzati.
  • Collaborare attivamente con i team interni (logistica, prodotto, amministrazione?) per garantire un servizio efficace e puntuale.
  • Gestire eventuali problematiche trasformandole in opportunità di miglioramento.
  • Preparare report periodici su pipeline, performance commerciale e analisi KPI.

 

Requisiti:

 

  • Esperienza comprovata in business development, vendite B2B o acquisizione commerciale, preferibilmente nel settore Hospitality.
  • Forte orientamento al cliente e alla negoziazione con ruoli decisionali.
  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali.
  • Persona autonoma, organizzata, con spirito analitico e mindset commerciale.
  • Italiano madrelingua o livello equivalente.
  • Spagnolo e inglese a livello avanzato.

The Account Director is responsible for driving revenue growth across the hotel through the development, retention and expansion of an established portfolio of mainly corporate and MICE clients.
