Job description
- Manage personnel budgeting and forecasting processes across the Southern Europe perimeter, supporting workforce planning and cost control activities;
- Support the preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of General & Administrative budgets, ensuring alignment with business and HR objectives;
- Oversee employee salary data and HR master data management, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regular reporting updates;
- Monitor performance review campaigns and related HR KPIs across multiple Countries, supporting data collection and analysis activities;
- Prepare and analyze monthly turnover reporting, headcount evolution, and HR analytics to support strategic decision-making;
- Support payroll administration and compensation-related processes, collaborating with internal HR teams and external payroll providers;
- Manage welfare plans and monitor related costs, budgets, and employee utilization trends;
- Contribute to international HR reporting activities and cross-country HR projects in close coordination with the Group headquarters;
- Support the continuous improvement of HR controlling processes, reporting tools, and data accuracy within a dynamic and international environment.
- Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or related fields;
- Previous experience of at least 5 years in HR Cost Controlling, HR Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, or similar HR controlling roles within structured environments;
- Solid experience managing personnel budgeting, forecasting, and HR cost monitoring activities;
- Advanced Excel skills and strong confidence in handling large volumes of HR and payroll-related data;
- Experience supporting payroll, compensation, welfare, and HR administration processes;
- Familiarity with HR reporting, turnover analysis, headcount monitoring, and performance review cycles;
- Good command of English (B2 level or above), with the ability to interact in international contexts;
- Strong analytical mindset combined with attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills;
- Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and international stakeholders within matrix organizations;
- Proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to operate effectively in dynamic and data-driven environments.
