- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering with managers throughout sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and hiring phases;
- Support HR administration processes and labor law-related matters in coordination with external consultants and internal stakeholders;
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and support the company's positioning as an attractive and people-oriented employer;
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a structured and engaging employee experience for new hires;
- Support talent development and performance management processes, contributing to employees' growth and career development initiatives;
- Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and international HR projects aligned with Group guidelines;
- Actively contribute to employee engagement and internal communication initiatives, including cross-functional and international projects;
- Collaborate with international colleagues on multicultural activities and projects involving different Countries and business functions;
- Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives, promoting an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Degree in Humanities, Law, Economics, or related fields;
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in HR Generalist and/or HR Business Partner roles;
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing activities through LinkedIn Recruiter;
- Exposure to employee engagement, internal communication, and employer branding initiatives;
- Interest in people development, organizational culture, and HR projects within international environments;
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level or above);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with different stakeholders across the organization;
- Proactive, dynamic, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in multicultural and fast-paced environments.
