For our client we are lookinf for a
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST.Responsabilità
Role Mission
Support the CI Governance of Operations in identifying, analyzing, and monitoring continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to cost savings and the enhancement of industrial performance across different plants.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and monitoring of the continuous improvement project pipeline at the Operations level
- Perform industrial data analysis to identify improvement opportunities (costs, productivity, efficiency)
- Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical tools (Power BI, advanced Excel)
- Support coordination with CI representatives in plants to ensure alignment on standards, projects, and savings
- Actively participate in on-site improvement projects at manufacturing plants
- Support the definition, monitoring, and validation of savings
- Contribute to the standardization of CI processes (methodologies, reporting, KPIs)
Profilo
Required Skills
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret industrial KPIs
- Knowledge of Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling)
- Good knowledge of Python for data analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with industrial environments and production processes
- Basic knowledge of Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- Ability to work in complex and cross-functional environments
- Problem-solving mindset and analytical approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactivity and results-oriented mindset
- Flexibility and willingness to work on-site at plants
Experience & Background
- Degree, preferably in engineering
- Experience in industrial, operations, or data analysis contexts (including relevant internships)
- Upper-intermediate level of English
