SCOPO

 

Garantire un'esperienza cliente eccezionale ed esclusiva all'interno dello store, assicurando elevati standard di servizio e fidelizzazione.

Rafforzare e valorizzare l'identità del Brand, in linea con le aspettative della clientela, promuovendo costantemente i valori del Gruppo e del Marchio.

Gestire e controllare le attività del punto vendita con l'obiettivo di massimizzare le vendite e la redditività, attraverso un'attenta gestione dei costi e assicurando al contempo un servizio clienti di eccellenza.

Assicurare l'implementazione e il corretto allineamento di procedure e processi operativi, sia di front che di back office.

 

 

RESPONSABILITÀ

 

Commercial

  • Monitorare KPI e marginalità, garantendo la massimizzazione della redditività dello store;
  • Supervisionare l'allestimento di vetrine e display nel rispetto delle linee guida aziendali;
  • Garantire un flusso costante ed efficace di informazioni tra store e HQ (prodotto, vendite, clienti);
  • Gestire l'assortimento e pianificare gli ordini in collaborazione con laboratorio e funzioni centrali;
  • Analizzare trend di mercato e competitor, proponendo azioni migliorative;

Client Management

  • Assicurare la corretta implementazione della cerimonia di vendita e degli standard di servizio;
  • Gestire relazioni con clienti VIP e stakeholder, offrendo un servizio personalizzato;
  • Promuovere e aggiornare costantemente il ?Customer Journey? presso lo staff;
  • Collaborare all'organizzazione di eventi per sviluppare vendite, clientela e immagine del Brand.

Store Staff Management

  • Garantire, in collaborazione con HR, un organico in linea con gli standard aziendali;
  • Definire fabbisogni di personale per qualità, ruoli e budget;
  • Supervisionare performance management, obiettivi e sviluppo competenze;
  • Gestire la pianificazione dei turni in base ai flussi di clientela.

Store Operations

  • Assicurare la corretta applicazione delle procedure operative (stock, inventari, cassa, IT, post-vendita, manutenzione);
  • Garantire il rispetto delle normative igienico-sanitarie e di sicurezza;
  • Supervisionare stock e inventari, monitorando giacenze e rotazioni per ridurre sprechi.
