Profilo Per cliente della GDO ricerchiamo profilo di Allievo/a Responsabile Bar interessato a intraprendere un percorso strutturato crescita professionale all'interno di un contesto organizzato. Responsabilita Gestione quotidiana del banco bar e delle principali attivita di servizio alla clientela. Organizzazione dei turni di lavoro, collaborando con il personale di bar per garantire continuita operativa. Curare l'allestimento del banco, dei tavoli e delle aree di consumo, garantendo ordine, pulizia e presentazione adeguata. Gestire i rifornimenti di bevande e materiali, monitorando scorte, consumi e necessita di riordino periodico. Contribuire alla corretta gestione di cassa, supportando le operazioni di apertura, chiusura e verifica degli incassi giornalieri. Interagire con i clienti in modo professionale, raccogliendo eventuali segnalazioni e contribuendo al mantenimento della soddisfazione della clientela. Skill e Professionalita Buone capacita relazionali e comunicative, con attenzione al contatto diretto con la clientela e alla gestione di situazioni di servizio diversificate. Attenzione ai dettagli operativi, con capacita di mantenere ordine e pulizia costanti nelle aree di lavoro e nel banco bar. Capacita di lavorare in squadra, collaborando in modo costruttivo con colleghi e referenti, anche in momenti di maggiore afflusso di clientela. Apertura al confronto, con disponibilita a migliorare continuamente le proprie modalita di servizio e di relazione. - accoglienza dei clienti dell'albergo;
- pulizia degli spazi comuni dell'hotel;
- rimpiazzare il buffet delle colazioni;
- sparecchiare tavoli;
- servire i clienti.
Per svolgere l'attività di CAMERIERA/CAMERIERE DI SALA / ADDETTO/ADDETTA ALLA SALA è richiesto:
- titolo di studio, qualifica e/o diploma a indirizzo alberghiero e/o turistico;
- esperienza anche breve nella mansione in sala negli hotel, strutture recettive, bar, pub, locali e/o ristoranti;
- preferibile conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- disponibilità immediata;
L'azienda lavora nel settore dell'hotellerie e si trova a Firenze zona Isolotto.
L'orario di lavoro si svolgerà in orario part time 15 ore settimanali nei seguenti giorni Venerdì 19-23, Sabato 18-23 e Domenica 11-17.
Si offre iniziale contratto a tempo determinato con prospettiva di assunzione a tempo indeterminato

What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of our coworking and membership spaces and keep the floor running smoothly.

- Host tours and guide prospects towards the right membership solution.

- Track KPIs, manage costs and continuously improve the member journey.
What You'll Have
- You bring at least 3 years of management experience in coworking, hospitality or flexible workspaces.
- You have a strong background in customer-facing account management and retention.
- You are a natural leader who enjoys being visible on the floor and leading by example.
