Profilo Adecco ricerca un/una Addetto/a all'autonoleggio per filiale a Siena. La risorsa si occupera di accoglienza e assistenza alla clientela durante tutte le fasi del noleggio auto, dalla prenotazione al ritiro fino alla restituzione del veicolo. Responsabilita Accogliere e assistere la clientela in tutte le fasi del noleggio auto, dalla prenotazione al ritiro e alla restituzione del veicolo. Gestire le prenotazioni e le richieste di informazioni ricevute telefonicamente, tramite e-mail e direttamente presso il punto di autonoleggio. Compilare in modo accurato tutta la documentazione necessaria per il noleggio, assicurando la completezza dei dati contrattuali richiesti. Monitorare lo stato dei veicoli prima e dopo il noleggio, segnalando eventuali anomalie, danni riscontrati o necessita di interventi di manutenzione programmata. Curare la gestione amministrativa e contabile dei contratti di noleggio, includendo registrazioni, archiviazione documentale e controllo dei pagamenti dovuti. Occuparsi della movimentazione delle auto all'interno del parco mezzi, utilizzando la patente B per spostarle e condurle verso i servizi di lavaggio esterni. Eseguire attivita di lavaggio e pulizia interna ed esterna dei veicoli, mantenendo gli standard di ordine e presentazione richiesti dall'azienda. Skill e Professionalita Patente di guida categoria B in corso di validita, necessaria per la movimentazione delle auto nel parco mezzi aziendale. Conoscenza della lingua inglese Buone capacita relazionali e di comunicazione, con orientamento al cliente e disponibilita ad offrire assistenza chiara e completa. What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of our coworking and membership spaces and keep the floor running smoothly.
- Coach, schedule and motivate your team and build a strong culture of ownership and service.

Per svolgere l'attività di CAMERIERA/CAMERIERE DI SALA / ADDETTO/ADDETTA ALLA SALA è richiesto:
- titolo di studio, qualifica e/o diploma a indirizzo alberghiero e/o turistico;
- esperienza anche breve nella mansione in sala negli hotel, strutture recettive, bar, pub, locali e/o ristoranti;
- preferibile conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- disponibilità immediata;
L'azienda lavora nel settore dell'hotellerie e si trova a Firenze zona Isolotto.
L'orario di lavoro si svolgerà in orario part time 15 ore settimanali nei seguenti giorni Venerdì 19-23, Sabato 18-23 e Domenica 11-17.
