Profilo Adecco Tourism&Travel ricerca Maitre per hotel 5* nel cuore di Firenze Il Maitre, sotto la guida del Restaurant Manager supervisiona gli outlets dell'hotel, assistendo e coordinando gli chef de rang e i commis de rang in sala durante il servizio assicurandosi che l'hotel mantenga un elevato standard di servizio per gli ospiti e contribuendo agli obiettivi del dipartimento F&B. Responsabilita Gestire le attivita quotidiane, garantendo i processi e le procedure relative all'allestimento dei prodotti, alla qualita e al servizio e rispettando gli standard del brand. Organizzare, coordinare e assegnare le attivita, i compiti e i turni del personale del ristorante. Supervisionare il servizio di tutti i collaboratori del team F&B per tutte le aree di sua competenza. Mantenere un contatto diretto con gli ospiti per garantire che le loro aspettative siano soddisfatte. Garantire il rispetto degli standard di salute, sicurezza, igiene Skill e Professionalita Almeno 1-2 anni di esperienza nello stesso ruolo; Formazione professionale in ambito hospitality/F&B; Capacita interpersonali e di comunicazione; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. What You'll Have
- You have a natural feel for hospitality and love creating good moments
- You bring 1?2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn
- You have great communication skills and enjoy connecting with people
- You manage multiple tasks without losing your cool
- You speak English and Italian; any extra languages are a plus
- You take pride in a clean, professional appearance
- You bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive team
