Financial controller  

For a leading multinational manufacturing company (multi-plant, international), we are recruiting a Financial Controller for the Headquarters in Bolzano.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be an integral part of the Finance Commercial Controlling team, playing a key role as a finance controller. The candidate will be involved in the following activities:

• Monitor business profitability by market, channel, and product, and collaborate with team members to oversee commercial stock.
• Participate in month-end, business plan, budget, and forecast activities, including the elaboration and analysis of commercial figures, and manage monthly and year-end closing with the accounting department.
• Actively support the Sales and Customer Service Departments with necessary financial analysis, and conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals and objectives.
• Support the implementation of new systems, i.e. SAP PS and a system to manage the order portfolio.
• Support the implementation of new reports to align to the DO's new standards.

Your Profile

• Master University Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering Proficiency in all MS Office Applications.

• Excellent Excel English at an advanced level (B2)

• Previous experience in auditing or accounting

The candidate will be part of an international team and will attend a high-level training program organized by the company to gain the necessary knowledge to work in an international environment
