As we prepare for our imminent reopening, we are seeking a Security Manager to join our Security Team.


Role Description

As Security Manager, you will oversee all security operations to ensure the safety and protection of our guests, employees, and property across the island. You will lead the Security team, implement security procedures, manage emergency protocols, and collaborate with all hotel departments to uphold the highest standards of safety within a luxury environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

? Supervising, training, and leading the Security team

? Implementing and maintaining security procedures, protocols, and emergency plans

? Monitoring the safety of guests, staff, assets, and facilities across the island

? Conducting regular patrols, inspections, and risk assessments

? Ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies

? Managing CCTV systems, access control, and incident-reporting processes

? Responding promptly to emergencies, incidents, and guest concerns

? Coordinating with external authorities when necessary

? Preparing detailed reports on incidents, risks, and security performance

? Supporting VIP arrivals, high-profile events, and sensitive operations

? Providing ongoing safety training for hotel employees

? Ensuring a discreet, professional, and guest-focused security presence

? Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel
