Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Transportation Network Manager to lead and optimize transportation operations across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing transportation strategies, managing carrier relationships, ensuring compliance with regional regulations, and driving continuous improvement in service levels and cost efficiency.
You will play a key role in aligning transportation operations with broader Logistics objectives within a complex and international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor carrier performance and service levels across all product categories distributed locally, identifying and reporting deviations from agreed SLAs (e.g., lead times);
- Lead deep-dive analyses and define corrective action plans in case of underperformance;
- Track and report transportation service, quality performance, and claims;
- Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, enhancing transportation processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
- Ensure consistent delivery performance aligned with customer expectations;
- Own and manage the local transportation cost budget;
- Perform cost analysis and identify optimization opportunities in collaboration with the logistics sourcing team;
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to best practice implementation across the transportation network.
Your Profile
The Company will consider applicants that meet the following requirements:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field;
- 5?6 years of experience in transportation management or structured logistics environments;
- Strong knowledge of the Transportation and Logistics industry;
- Proven analytical mindset with a data-driven decision-making approach;
- Experience in companies with complex omnichannel distribution models (Wholesale, Retail, E-commerce) is a strong plus;
- Fluent in English; Polish is required;
- Proficiency in MS Office tools;
Availability to travel for business purposes.
The annual gross salary ranges up to PLN 220,000, with flexibility to offer a higher package depending on the candidate's experience and seniority.
