Sei appassionato/a del mondo della caffetteria e desideri crescere in un ambiente dinamico e strutturato all'interno di un bar con pasticceria e ristorazione? Adecco filiale di Legnano e' alla ricerca di un/a barista per un importante bar situato a Rescaldina. L'attivita prevede un impegno su turni nella fascia oraria 6:30 - 21:30, con organizzazione del lavoro su sei giorni a settimana. Il contratto iniziale e' previsto in somministrazione con prospettiva di successiva assunzione diretta, offrendo l'opportunita di consolidare competenze tecniche nel ruolo di barista. Responsabilita: Preparazione di caffe', cappuccini e altre bevande tipiche della caffetteria. Preparazione di aperitivi e bevande al banco. Presa delle ordinazioni al banco e ai tavoli assicurando corretta trasmissione delle richieste alla cassa e alla cucina.Requisiti: Interesse per il settore bar e caffetteria con disponibilita a imparare sul campo anche in presenza di un'esperienza lavorativa minima precedente. Esperienza nella preparazione di caffe', cappuccini, aperitivi e piatti, rispettando le indicazioni operative ricevute dal responsabile. Buone capacita relazionali e orientamento al cliente. Capacita di lavorare in squadra con colleghe e colleghi del bar, della pasticceria e del ristorante, mantenendo collaborazione anche nei momenti di maggiore affluenza.Luogo di lavoro: Rescaldina (MI)Orario di lavoro: turni tra le 7:00 e le 21:00, sei giorni alla settimana per un totale di 30 ore complessive (Part-Time)Retribuzione: inquadramento al livello 5 del CCNL Commercio con retribuzione pari a 9,63€ su 14 mensilitaQualifica: Operaio/a Disponibilita oraria: Disp. What you'll do
- Take guests' food and beverage orders and record them in the internal system (Infrasys).
- Make recommendations on menu items, special requests and upsell where appropriate.
- Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations.
- Ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.
- Order and restock outlet inventory.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
What you'll need:
- Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
- A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
- At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.

What you'll do
- Collaborate with the chef in selecting and planning the weekly menu for the staff canteen, ensuring variety, nutritional balance, and meeting the needs of the staff.
