What you'll do
- Collaborate with the chef in selecting and planning the weekly menu for the staff canteen, ensuring variety, nutritional balance, and meeting the needs of the staff.
- Prepare and cook meals according to the established menu, ensuring quality and taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the canteen area, including tables, kitchen surfaces, and equipment
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of food items
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality and availability
- Comply with HACCP and internal hygiene standards
- Assist with general cleaning duties as needed
What you'll need:
- Previous experience in similar roles (staff canteen, catering services, industrial kitchen)
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible with working hours (including weekends and holidays)

Addetto o Addetta alla Manutenzione e Magazzino per RSA sita nei pressi di Castellucchio (MN).
La risorsa si occuperà di:

Ricezione, sistemazione e riordino della merce in magazzino.

Attività di piccola manutenzione ordinaria: riparazioni semplici (es. porta o maniglia rotta), sostituzione lampadine, piccole sistemazioni quotidiane.

Supporto generale alle attività logistiche e operative della struttura (tuttofare).

Interfaccia con la squadra di manutenzione specializzata per interventi più complessi.

Gestione della documentazione relativa agli interventi effettuati, segnalazioni e richieste di manutenzione
Livello D1 CCNL AIOP RSA € 1420,00mensili lordi x 13 mensilità + indennità speciali.
Si propone contratto diretto con la struttura a tempo indeterminato, full time 38 ore settimanali. Gli orari saranno i seguenti: 7-14 oppure 13-19 e sabati alternati 7-14
Con reperibilità notturna a rotazione.
Requisiti

- Take guests' food and beverage orders and record them in the internal system (Infrasys).
- Make recommendations on menu items, special requests and upsell where appropriate.

- Ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.
- Order and restock outlet inventory.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

- Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
- A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
- At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
