For our client we are seeking a HSE Specialist for the office in Cascina Costa (VA).
Responsabilità
The duties of the HSE Specialist, in its whole, consist in:
- Help ensuring compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations;
- Manage the main processes related with HSE management systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001);
- Prepare and verify of technical procedures and operating instructions relating to HSE system;
- Verification of compliance with standards of health and safety at work - drafting and updating HS documents (DVR);
- Manage accident and near misses analysis;
- Carry out all work in accordance with the Regulatory, Legislative and Contractual requirements;
- Manage accident and near misses analysis;
- Carry out activities concerning the Chemical Management (i.e. MSDS evaluation; Chemical Risk assessment) and REACH impact on HSE activities;
- Ensure Corporate Reporting related to HSE
- Arrange for Induction & periodic HSE training of employees and workmen;
- Interface with External Bodies (ASL, ARPA, Provincia etc.) during surveillance audits.
- Ensure compliance of plant operations with regulatory requirements relating to air, solid waste, chemical, water, health and safety

Seniority
Junior: 1?3 years of experience
Requirements:
Qualification: University degree (Security, Chemical, Environmental)
At least: ASPP degree
Technical skills:
Basic knowledge of main certifications and approvals (14001, 45001)
Good knowledge of Italian HS legislation (D.Lgs. 81/2008)
Good Knowledge of main Environmental Legislation (D.Lgs. 152/06)
Languages: Good English level (write and oral);
IT Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Knowledge of
main SAP processes and MS Access is a plus
Soft Skills: ethical, open-minded, diplomatic, observant and perceptive,
versatile, determined, collaborative, problem solving, analytical and organized
approach, proactive and open to continuous improvement;
Other (Availability to business trip, special certifications ?.): available to
national business trip, flexible
