L'hotel Crowne Plaza Padova, nei pressi dell'uscita di Padova Ovest, parte del gruppo HNH Hospitality, è alla ricerca di un* Commis di Cucina.
Di cosa ti occuperai:
- Preparare e dosare gli ingredienti
- Predisporre le preparazioni di base
- Decorare i piatti
- Assicurarsi che gli ingredienti vengano conservati correttamente
- Pulire i piani di lavoro e la cucina, disinfettare utensili e celle frigo
Chi stiamo cercando:
Persone appassionate del modo della cucina con voglia di mettersi in gioco e impegnarsi in un ambiente che punta alla qualità del servizio offerto. Viene apprezzata pregressa esperienza in strutture alberghiere.

What you'll be doing
- Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
- Check-in with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage
- Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies
- Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, recook orders, and product availability, meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
- Follow cycle time guidelines for all meals.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
- Inspect the cleanliness and presentation all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines at all time
What we're looking for
- You must possess the legal right to work in Italy. Valid work permit for full time role (40 hours/week).
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Understanding of F&B operations and luxury hospitality
- Experience in the same role in fine dining restaurants would be an advantage
- A warm, people-oriented demeanour
- Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented
This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required. Prior to employment, we'll ask you to complete safety training and certification.

POSITION SUMMARY
Our Utility Cleaners play an important role in support of a number of vital hotel functions. At our hotels these associates may work across departments (e.g., kitchen, food and beverage, laundry) to support cleaning needs. Whether preparing fresh clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests to enjoy, operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools (e.g., dish washing machines, hand wash stations, linen washers and dryers), or transporting dishware or linens across the hotel, these associates do whatever it takes to get the job done.
No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success ? creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
